Maeva DuPont

I am an MRC-funded postdoctoral researcher. I completed my PhD in Toulouse on HIV-1-macrophage interactions, and am currently working in two research areas: the role of macrophages in SARS-CoV-2 infection, and the role of mucins in macrophage efferocytosis of dying T cells. My specialist skills are in molecular virology including probing the replication of HIV-1 and SARS-CoV-2, and advanced imaging techniques including high-resolution confocal confocal microscopy and super-resolution nanoscopy.
